Had a great experience working with Gal at So Cal Builders and Design. We are first time home owners and found out during the inspection process we needed to do a lot more work than we thought. What started as a bathroom remodel ended up also including new floors, plumbing, sewer, gas line and more. Gal was very communicative and answered any questions or concerns I had. He was flexible when we ended up adding on to the initial project. I especially appreciated his design ideas and expertise. We remodeled a small bathroom and had to find some creative solutions to fit everything in there. The bathroom is gorgeous and we have a beautiful, safe, updated home. I will definitley call them again if we do more projects in the future.

I recently hired Socal Builders for bathroom remodeling of one of my rental properties in Granada Hills. We had many contractors visiting and giving us quotes, and promises, however the contractor that we trusted the most by far was Socal Builders, so we decided to hire them for them job, and to say I am so happy that I hired them is an understatement. Avi and his entire crew went above and beyond our expectations and made sure this whole process was as smooth and perfect as possible. Everything we had talked about and covered in our initial meetings got done as accurate as it could get. We love the new bathroom and couldn’t be any happier. Thank you Avi and Socal Builders. We recommend them to all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So Cal Builders did an amazing job renovating our home. Gal and his crew came up with a practical proposal that fit within our budget, and smoothly navigated some complexities with the permitting. I was especially impressed by the talent of Gal's crew - from the speed and precision of the framing and roofing, to the detailed work on the flooring, tile work, and everything on the facade.

I hired So Cal Builders to remodel my bathroom. I had the pleasure of working with Gal, the project manager. Gal helped design the layout of the bathroom remodel and made suggestions regarding the tile, flooring and fixtures. Gal had great ideas, knowledge and help maximize the small space. Being that we only have one bathroom; Gal had his plumber’s Install a sewer system so we could hook up our trailer during the duration of the project, which was Hugh and very helpful. Gal’s tile, electrician and plumber were very good, timely and hard workers. Gal always responded quickly to any concerns or questions. As to be expected, during any remodel, there were some hiccups along the way, but Gal always reassured us and took responsibility to make sure they were fixed, correctly. We are very happy with our new bathroom and everyday we comment how beautiful it is. Thank you, Gal and So Cal Builders for all your assistance in making our bathroom beautiful.
